- Ad spend is separate from our service fee.
- Once work has started, the service fee is generally non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
- If you cancel before we start the work, you can request a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- Once work has started, payments cannot normally be refunded.
4. Advertising Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, or profit. Results depend on factors such as budget, market, audience, offer, and Meta's platform.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate information, required access, creatives, and other materials needed to run campaigns.
6. Meta Platform
Meta Ads are subject to Meta's policies, approvals, restrictions, and technical issues. We are not responsible for account bans, rejected ads, or platform-related issues.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time. Refund eligibility will depend on whether the work has already started.
8. Changes to Services
We may update our services or these Terms when required.
